A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BDC-TWG CHAIRPERSON BENTULAH M.

GUIAMELON, BARANGAY TREASURER AINODDIN D. KANAKAN AND DSWD
KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP-AF AREA COORDINATOR MR. JAMAL D. MARIGA AS THE
OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES TO PERFORM ANY OFFICIAL BANK TRANSACTIONS
INTENDED FOR THE SUB-PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION OF BARANGAY MAKAT,
COLUMBIO, SULTAN KUDARAT FOR THE ACCOUNT NUMBER 1012-1151-01
UNDER THE ACCOUNT NAME OF DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP-AF/BRGY MAKAT.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Treasurer AINODDIN D. KANAKAN of Barangay

Makat, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat, has maintained a Current Bank Account at Land
Bank of the Philippines, Alunan Highway, AH26, Tacurong City,Sultan Kudarat under the
account name of DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP-AF/BRGY MAKAT with an account
number 1012-1151-01 intended for the Kalahi-CIDSS: NCDDP AF sub-project
implementation for Phase 2.

WHEREAS, the Area Coordinator of KALAHI CIDDS-NCDDP-AF JAMAL D.

MARIGA, as the official signatories, instead of Ms. ALNERA M. INDAL.

WHEREAS, during the special session dated January 11, 2024, the barangay
council agreed to authorized the Barangay Treasurer AINODDIN D. KANAKAN; BDC-
TWG Chairperson BENTULAH M. GUIAMELON and the Area Coordinator of KALAHI
CIDDS-NCDDP-AF JAMAL D. MARIGA, as the official signatories to perform any official
bank transactions at Land Bank of the Philippines, Alunan Highway, AH26, Tacurong
City,Sultan Kudarat;
 WHEREAS, disbursement of checks for the Kalahi-CIDSS NCDDP AF Funds
must be signed by the three aforementioned official signatories;

- WHEREFORE –

UPON joint sponsorship of all honorable members present, and upon the motion
of HON. KAHIR M. KUSAIN duly seconded by the BODY, BE IT –

RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved to authorize, as it does hereby authorize the

Barangay Treasurer AINODDIN D. KANAKAN and BDC-TWG Chairperson BENTULAH
M. GUIAMELON and the Area Coordinator of KALAHI CIDDS-NCDDP-AF JAMAL D.
MARIGA, as the official signatories to perform official bank transactions intended for the
sub-project implementation of Barangay Makat, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat under the
account name DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP-AF/BRGY MAKAT with an account number
1012-1151-01 at Land Bank of the Philippines, Alunan Highway, AH26, Tacurong
City,Sultan Kudarat.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of the

Manager, Land bank of the Philippines (LBP), Land Bank of the Philippines, Alunan
Highway, AH26, Tacurong City,Sultan Kudarat; and the other offices concerned for
reference, guidance and information.
