WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, SHEILA ENRIQUEZ BARNIGO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of

Block 28 Lot 22 Washington St. Golden City, Anabu II-F, Imus City, Cavite, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That NATIONAL HOME MORTGAGE FINANCE CORPORATION (NHMFC) has

appraised the parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-342716
and I was approved by the institution to assume the said property;

That considering the fact that I am no longer interested in assuming the said property
from NHMFC, I hereby voluntarily waive all my rights, participation, and interests
over the said property in favor of MICHIKO BELLO LICUANAN, of legal age,
Filipino, single, and a resident of 9 Maple Loop St. Parkspring Ville, San Pedro,
Laguna, to assume all ownership and responsibility over the said property;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing for all legal
intents and purposes
