SUSAN R. NUYLES, Filipino, of legal age, Married, and with residence at Blk 5 Lot 32 Villaggio
Di Xavier Dolce Vita, Brgy Zapote, Binan City, Laguna (hereinafter the “Mortgagee”):
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Mortgagor is the absolute owner of a motor vehicle, more particularly described as
follows:
WHEREAS, the Mortgaged loaned the Mortgagor a money in the amount of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php200,000.00) payable in 12 months from February 10, 2021;
NOW THRERFORE, for and in consideration of the loan in the principal amount of Two
Hundred Thousand Pesos(P200,000.00) in Philippine currency, and do guarantee the
payment thereof including interests, penalties, expenses and charges, the Mortgagor hereby
CEDE, CONVEY AND TRANSFER to the Mortgagee, her/heirs, successors and assigns, by
way of chattel mortgage, the aforementioned motor vehicle.
It is a condition of this chattel Mortgagee that the mortgagor shall well and truly perform her
obligation herein and pay the above principal, interest and penalties if applicable, within
TWELVE (12) MONTHS from February 10, 2021, then this chattel mortgage including the
interest, penalties, expenses and charges, shall be null and void; otherwise, it shall remain in full
force and effect and shall be enforceable in the manner provided for by law. In relation,
therewith, the Mortgagee or her authorized representative/s, in case of default, is hereby
authorized to take the actual custody and possession of the above-mentioned motor vehicle and
sell the same in public auction after complying with all legal requirements.
It is expressly understood that any extension to pay or grace period granted to the Mortgagor,
expressly or impliedly, shall not operate to novate, amend, modify or extinguish this chattel
mortgage and the terms and condition therein. Likewise, any act of liberality or accommodation
on the part of the Mortgagee and any decision of the part of the Mortgagee not to require or
demand, in the meantime, a strict compliance of the terms and condition of this chattel
mortgage shall not be consider as waiver, renunciation or abandonment of the Mortgagee’s
rights, remedies and prerogatives under the chattel mortgage and under the law and likewise
shall not operate to novate, amend, modify or extinguish this chattel mortgage and the terms
and conditions therein.

We the undersigned Mortgagor and Mortgagee, severally swear that the foregoing CHATTEL
MORTGAGE is made and executed for the purpose of securing the obligation specimen therein
and for no other purpose, and that the same is a just and valid obligation, and one not entered
into for purposes and fraud.

Known to me and further identified by the foregoing documents to be the same persons
who executed the foregoing Chattel Mortgage and Affidavit of Good Faith and acknowledged
before me that the same is their own free and voluntarily act and deed.
This chattel mortgage has three (3) pages including this page and is signed on each and
every page by the parties and their instrumental witnesses and sealed with my seal.
