CHATTLE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CHATTEL MORTAGE is made and executed at the City of Iligan, Lanao del
Norte this day of July 21, 2022, by and between:

SUSANA L. TAPUYAO, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and postal
address at Purok 3 Mimbalut Buru-un, Iligan City, hereinafter referred to as
the MORTGAGEE.

-AND-

JOHN MICHAEL D. BADELLES, Filipino, of legal age, married and with residence
and postal address at Purok Green Valley, Ubaldo Laya, Iligan City hereinafter referred
to as the MORTGAGOR;

WITNESSETH; That

Whereas, the MORTGAGOR is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of

SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TEN PESOS
(P676,710.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is acknowledged by the
MORTGAGOR upon the signing of this instrument, payable within a period of THREE
(3) years.
Whereas, the MORTGAGOR agrees to pay monthly installment of Twenty
Thousand Pesos (P20, 000.000) to the MORTGAGEE;
Whereas, in case of default for three (3) consecutive months the MORTGAGOR
is willing to convey by way of CHATTEL MORTGAGE unto the MORTGAGEE, his heirs
and assigns, the following personality now in the possession of said MORTGAGOR;

That the condition of this obligation is that should the MORTGAGOR perform the
obligation to pay the hereinabove cited indebtedness of Six Hundred Seventy-Six
Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Pesos (P676,710.00) this chattel mortgage shall at
once become null and void and of no effect whatsoever, otherwise, it shall remain in full
force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this ____
