EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate (“Deed”),

made and entered into by:

VIOLETA CORDERO of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 637

First Road Villamonte, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, herein re-
ferred to as the sole heir;

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named heir is the only surviving and lawful

heir of Abraham Cordero, who died intestate on March 20, 2022;

That the deceased at the time of his death left real and per-
sonal properties (“Estate”) hereto attached as Annex “A”
and made an integral part of this Deed;

That there are no known debts or obligations due against the

estate of the said decedent;

That, it is to the very best interest of the party hereto to adjudi-

cate unto herself the entire estate extrajudicially in the form and
manner hereinafter set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the forego-

ing premises and invoking the provision of Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court, the said SOLE HEIR above named has agreed to
settle the estate extrajudicially and to this effect do hereby partition
and adjudicate the same unto herself and the foregoing inheri-
tance, subject however to the liabilities imposed by Sec. 4, Rule 74
of the Rules of Court for a period of two years in favor of any other
possible heirs, creditors or any other person deprived of the law-
ful participation over the said estate of the deceased and encum-
brances;

The party agree to publish this instrument in a newspaper of

general circulation in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental once a week
for three consecutive weeks.

In the remote event that any other property of the decedent

should ever be found which is not included herein above, the SOLE
HEIR hereto further agree as she do so agree to settle and distribute
the same in like manner and proportion as herein
established and disposed.

That the SOLE HEIR hereby covenant and further

warrant that should there be preterition or omission of one, some,
or all of the compulsory heirs in the direct line, whether living or not
at the time of the execution of this Deed, will not invalidate/nullify
the terms and conditions of this Deed. Instead, the SOLE HEIR shall
proportionately oblige herself to pay to the omitted heirs or the lat-
ters’ heir(s) the share which belongs to him/them, in accordance with
the rules of succession under the Civil Code of the Philippines.

nature this 30th day of March 2022, at Bacolod City, Philippines.

AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, RIA MONTES, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of 888

First Road Villamonte, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, after hav-
ing been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. I am the private complainant in a criminal case for violation of
Rape against Tom Bulos entitled "People of the Phils. v Tom Bu-
los” docketed as Criminal Case No. 98765432 pending before
the Regional Trial Court of Bacolod City, Branch 99;

2. After several conferences with the accused, I hereby declare that

the same arose out of pure misunderstanding and misapprehen-
sion of facts;

3. Based on the said misunderstanding, misapprehension of facts
and also for the welfare of my being, I manifest that I now with-
draw my complaint against the accused and that I am no longer
interested, and I hereby desist, in prosecuting the above-men-
tioned case;

4. This Affidavit of Desistance should, however, not be understood
as a waiver or relinquishment of any of my rights to pur-
sue any legal action that I may file in connection with any act or
omission that the accused may commit in the future;

5. I hereby release the accused from any and all criminal liabilities
and waive any right of action against the accused in connection
with the above case;

6. I fully understand the legal consequences of this Affidavit of De-
sistance;

7. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
statements and respectfully pray that the aforementioned case
against Tom Bulos be withdrawn and/or dismissed.

 AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, COLEEN PERARTILLA and MARK VINSON, both

of legal ages, Filipinos, and presently residing at 888 First Road
Villamonte, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental and 999 Second
Road, Villamonte, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, after hav-
ing been sworn  in accordance with the law hereby depose and
state that;

8. We personally know MARIA JUANA DE LA RAMA who is

our elementary classmate at University of St. La Salle - Ba-
colod, and the fact of her birth is registered at the Local Civil
Registrar of Bacolod City;

9. We know for a fact that the person by the name of “MARIA

JUANA DE LA RAMA” as appearing in some documents or
specifically in her Certificate of Live Birth and identification
cards and the name “MA. JUANA DE LA RAMA” as ap-
pearing in her SSS records, refer to one and the same per-
son and that her true and correct name is MARIA JUANA
DE LA RAMA;

10. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing per-
son within the fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or
affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter
whatsoever;

11. To remove confusion as to the two names, we hereby de-

clare that the name MARIA JUANA DE LA RAMA and MA.
JUANA DE LA RAMA refer to one and the same person
whose registered name is MARIA JUANA DE LA RAMA;

12. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing statements and to establish the real identity
of MARIA JUANA DE LA RAMA and for all legal intents
and purposes it may serve.
