DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale executed this 6th day of December, 2006, at Baguio
City, Philippines, by and between:

HELEN RONQUILLO GOMEZ, married to Eduardo B. Gomez, both of legal

age, Filipino Citizens, and residents of #26 Sweet Water, Crystal Cave, Baguio City,
herein referred to as VENDORS;

-and-

NATIVIDAD A. SISON, married to Nilo A. Sison, both of legal age, Filipino

Citizens and residents at 6-I, Burnham Condominium, Kisad road, Baguio City, herein
referred to as VENDEES;

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful of a certain Unit located on the Third
Level or Floor of Bldg. III, Apartment or Unit No. 7, INNSBRUCK No. 3307, of the
building comprised in the condominium Project known and identified as EUROPA
CONDOMINIUM VILLAS, which is more particularly described as follows:

CONDOMINIUM CERTIFICATE OF TITLE

NO. C-3277

“Located on the Third Level or Floor of Bldg. III, Apartment or Unit

No. 7, INNSBRUCK No. 3307, of the building comprised in the
condominium
Project known and identified as EUROPA CONDOMINIUM VILLAS, with a
Floor Area of SIXTY SEVEN (67) SQUARE METERS, more or less….

That for and in consideration of the amount of ONE MILLION FIVE

HUNDRED THOUSAND (P1,500,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged in
full, I hereby and by these presents SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY all the
rights and interests of the above described Condominium Unit in favor of NATIVIDAD
SISON, her heirs, successors, and assigns.
