EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE (Real Property)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE AMONG HEIRS, executed and

entered into by and among:

MUTYA S. PASCUAL, MOMAY S. PASCUAL, NOAH S. PASCUAL, and AGUA S.

PASCUAL, all single, of legal ages, Filipino citizens, with residence and postal address at #2
Abscbn Compound, Baguio City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS;

-WITNESSETH-

That the above-named parties, are the legitimate heirs of PAOLO P. PASCUAL, who
died intestate in the City of Baguio, Philippines, on December 31, 2010;

That the said deceased, PAOLO P. PASCUAL, who at the time of his death, left an
undivided share in real estate property situated at Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines,
which real property is covered by Tax Declaration No. 99-012-01234 and more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

BOUNDARIES:

NORTH: Ass. Lot: 048 SOUTH: Ass. Lot: 054

EAST: Barangay Balili WEST: Ass. Lot 162

KIND: Veg. Land- 250 sq. m.

Res. Lot - 50 sq. m.

ASSESSED VALUE:PHP 12,020.00

MARKET VALUE:PHP 30, 060.00

That no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate

among Heirs;

That the above-described property is presently in the possession of the herein

parties;

That to the best knowledge and information of herein parties, there are no known
debts and obligations due against the estate of said decedent;

A true copy of this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate will be published once a week
for three (3) consecutive weeks in a news paper of general circulation in Baguio City and
Benguet Province;

Whereas, it is the best interest of the parties hereto to divide, and adjudicate
between/among themselves the entire estate particularly the real property above-
described extrajudicially in the manner and form hereinafter set forth;

That, for in and consideration of the premises, and invoking the provisions of Rule
74, Section 1, of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto, being all of legal age and with full
civil capacity to enter into a contract, do, by these presents, agree to divide among
themselves the above-described properties, adjudicating, as they do hereby adjudicate to
themselves in four (4) equal shares or 1/4 share each on the property above-mentioned
including whatever improvements thereon. The equal sharing between the parties shall
commence upon actual survey and disposition of the property.

Subject, however, to the liabilities imposed by Rule 74, Section 4, of the Rules of the
Court, in favor of any other possible heirs, creditors, and other persons who might be
deprived of their lawful participation in the state of the decedent, for a period of two years.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 18th day of
March, 2011 in the City of Baguio, Philippines.
