I, ABRAHAM A. PALANGEO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and resident of 460 Four Crown
Apartelle, Sto. Tomas Road, Purok 6, Dontogan, Baguio City, Philippines, and the representative of GLOBAL
ATLAS VENTURES OPC, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, APPOINT and AUTHORIZE ESTHER B.
SOLOMON, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with office address Block 2, Lot 7, URDHI Compound, Dominican
Hill, Baguio City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me, in my name, place
and stead to do the following special powers, to wit:
1. To PROCESS/TRANSACT with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for the registration of our
company GLOBAL ATLAS VENTURES OPC, with principal office address at 460 Four Crown
Apartelle, Sto. Tomas Road, Purok 6, Dontogan, Baguio City;

2. To TRANSACT/PROCESS with other government departments or agencies for the registration;

3. To APPEAR with different government agencies when my personal appearance is needed;

4. To SIGN, SECURE, SUBMIT and EXECUTE any pertinent document/s necessary to the
completion of the foregoing authority and to perform such other acts of things necessary to the
foregoing authority.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my named Attorney-In-Fact full powers and authority to
do all and every act necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully
do by virtue of these presents.
