hereby confirmed and affirmed that we respectively acquired lots from the Waguis Family/Clan located at
Camp 3, Tuba, Benguet.

We also affirmed, recognized and confirmed that the Waguis Family/Clan donated a road starting from
Alang to Bastian.

We quitclaimed whatever projects that the government, barangay, local or national, will provide/grant such
as but not limited to concrete pavement, canal, stonewalling/riprapping or whatever projects to be introduced
along the road starting from Junction to Bastian, Mr. Alejandro Waguis will be the one who will do the
project/s or construct whatever that project/s will be and we will not interpose any
objection/complaint/opposition for this matter.
