400 Orchard Road, #05-14 Orchard Towers, Singapore 238875, do hereby, APPOINT, NAME
and CONSTITUTE, Mary Jean Belencio with mailing address at 180 Blk 13 Welfareville
Compound Mandaluyong City, whose signature appears below as my true, lawful and exclusive
attorney-in-fact and granting unto my said Attorney full power to:

1. To represent, sign and execute a Lease Contract with prospective tenants for the
aforementioned unit and location; Unit 1518C, 1420B, 1508B, 1622B of Light
Residences, MOA complex, Pasay City;
2. To duly represent me in all documentary requirements for the said lease of unit;
3. To duly represent me in coordination with PMO / Bldg Admin office of SEA Residences;
4. To accept payment of rentals from tenants in cash or checks;
5. To duly represent me, sign and execute all permits, forms, gate pass with relation to
Unit 1018 of Tower D of Sea Residences.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Atty-in-Fact full powers and every acts and
things whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could if personally present effective June 5 2023 until further
notice; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Atty-in- Fact lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue of the presents.
