SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GLORIA N. ORIGENES, of legal ages, Filipino, widow, residents of Brgy. Masipag, Macalelon,
Quezon, do hereby name, appoint and constitute NILDA O. DECENA, of legal age, Filipino, widow, resident of
Sitio Centro, Mambog, Macalelon, Quezon, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following;

1. To represent me in all business transactions with DITO TELECOM regarding the lease/rental of
my property located in Brgy. Mambog, Macalelon, Quezon which is covered by Original
Certificate of Title No. P-39854, with an area of 9,481 square meters;
2. To enter into any negotiations and/or agreement regarding the contract of lease of the said
property.
3. To make, execute, deliver, sign any and all papers, documents and submit the same which may be
required by the offices concerned.
4. To get and receive from DITO TELECOM the check payable to me representing the payment for
rental of my said property; and
5. To do other things as may be required and necessary to carry out the powers vested upon my
attorney-in-fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry out into effect the foregoing authority, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying
and ratifying all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue
hereof.
