AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, JUNE N. SAPUNGAN, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Ibabang
Tayuman, San Francisco, Quezon, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the buyer of a certain parcel of land located at Barrio of Ilayang Tayuman,
San Francisco, Quezon with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-169301 by virtue of
Kasulatan ng Pagbabahaging Labas sa Hukuman at Bilihang Ganap at Lubusan
executed before the undersigned Notary Public of Atty. Jay-Rom C. Carabido on April 15,
2023 at Lucena, City which is docketed as Doc. No. 365; Page No. 73; Book No. IV Series of
2023;
2. That EDWIN Z. EDAŇO is one of the seller and legal heir of the aforementioned
parcel of land;
3. That in the said document his name was written as EDWIN Z. EDAŇO;
4. That in the TIN Verification Sheet of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) his name
was registered as GERMAN EDWIN Z. EDAŇO;
5. That the said error is due to honest mistake, not intentional nor meant to commit fraud
or to cause prejudice to any third person or entity;
6. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing narration of facts
and to explain the discrepancy in the first name of the seller appearing in the
Kasulatan ng Pagbabahaging Labas sa Hukuman at Bilihang Ganap at Lubusan with
the one appearing in his TIN Verification Sheet;
7. That I further execute this affidavit to declare that EDWIN Z. EDAŇO and
GERMAN EDWIN Z. EDAŇO refer to one and the same person.
