• Gate Criteria – Minimum 80% renewal premium to be collected from the policies issued between 1st July 2021 to 30th Sept 2021 and renewal premium
to be collected latest by 31st Dec 2022.
• All RM should be EUIN & IRDA certified before 30th Sept 2022 to be eligible
• All GI proposals logged in between 1st July 2022 to 30th Sept 2022 and issued/booked by 31st Oct 2022 shall only be considered for this program.
• All LI proposals initiated between 1st July 2022 to 30th Sept 2022 and issued/booked by 31st Oct 2022 shall only be considered for this program.
Cheque/DD cases to be successfully WMSed also. Only Net Premium are considered net of GST
• All policies which are not compliant with Banca process & Policy will NOT be considered.
• Only IRDA Certified staff are permitted to distribute INSURANCE products.
• Any cancellation of policies, even with issuance date prior to this contest period will be deducted from achievement for this Training Program both in
terms of NOP / Premium / MARXS.
• CMS for Life Insurance policies (wherever applicable) should be executed within 24 hours from the time of WMS date.
• The training program mentioned shall be fulfilled in conformity with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• For frontline leaders, system mapping as per HRIT master will only be considered.
• Frontline leaders to be part of 50% of R&R duration to be eligible for participation in R&R.
• Multiple VSP/SVSP from the same client will be counted as one case.
Important Terms & Conditions
For INVESTMENTS
• All Investment deals logged between 1st July 2022 to 30th Sept 2022 and activated by 3rd Oct 2022 (For MF-Lumpsum, MF-SIP,
Bonds, etc.) and 31st Oct 2022 (For PMS/AIF Only) shall only be considered for this program. MarXs are considered net of
GST
• All deals which are not compliant with Investment process will NOT be considered.
• Only EUIN Certified staff are permitted to distribute Investment products
• Marxs for each Product Line (MF/Bonds/PMS/AIF) will be communicated monthly.
• Business sourced in MF, PMS/AIF, NFOs, Primary & Secondary Bonds, specifically announced during the campaign (July –
Aug – Sept 2022) period be considered.
• CLAWBACK if any due to redemption/switch, etc will be deducted from revenue generated during the campaign
• In case of any dispute between any two RMs, sourcing credit will be given to the YBL RM to whom ISA is mapped and done
sharepoint in case of PMS/AIF.
• The training program mentioned shall be fulfilled in conformity with organizational policies and applicable regulations
• For frontline leaders, any mapping changes, if any, to be highlighted to Investment team before 15th July. Post that no changes
will be considered.
Important Terms & Conditions
• Rewards are non-transferable / redeemable in case of not travelling for any reason
• In a scenario, where global pandemic situation worsens & execution will not be a possibility, management will provide an option of settlement in the
form of yes points in lieu of travel.
• Headcount mapping as per 1st July 2022 will be considered
• Basis for mapping of business credit to Employee code & their leadership will strictly be basis HCM IT system.
• Qualifier cannot transfer his/her qualification to any other person. Qualifiers who are unable to travel due to any reasons would be rewarded with the
next lower slab, if applicable.
• All qualifiers need to be on the rolls of the bank & not resigned or in notice-period on the date of fulfillment of the program to be eligible for the same.
• In case of any dispute between any two RMs, sourcing credit will be given to the YBL RM who logged in the proposal form in the system first.
• If any individual is handling multiple roles, his/her target and achievement will be summed.
• If there is any major change in headcount / organization structure during the program, the information must be pro-actively submitted to Product
team.
• Management reserves the right to modify any part of this program. In case of any dispute, decision of the management will be final and binding.
• Management reserves the right to disqualify any employee basis his/her overall performance.
• Vouchers/ YES Points will be given as per YBL guidelines and Taxes, as applicable, will be levied.
• Employee recorded in the Central HR database for displaying undesirable traits, will not be eligible for travel/ rewards
• Employees receiving S1/S2/S3 memos received during the quarter in which R&R is run, will not be eligible for travel/ rewards
• Employees qualifying from multiple routes (TPD + TFX) will be eligible for the next higher level reward (e.g. Gold + Gold = Titanium, and so on.)
