Bronze Rank Sales Volume (BRSV) In order to be eligible to promote to the Bronze rank, the member must have an accumulative of 300 PSV in addition to the other necessary items.

1. Retail Commission (**W) All business members earn 30% RCV of your personal product purchases and personally referred retail customers.

2. Initial Order Bonus (**M) 50 PSV achieved members earn 30% PSV of personally enrolled PurpleU business members who buy a Star Pack or above (One Time Deal Only).

3. Team Commission (**M) Star pay rank and other upper pay ranks earn 20% LGSV. Minimum Cycle Points are 100 PSV and up to $100,000 per Month as CAP.

Terms & Definitions
Term Definition

Binary Lineage Under a binary structure, a PurpleU business member can have a “left leg” and “right leg.”

Under a binary lineage, a PurpleU business member has a “right leg” and “left leg”. The leg of the least amount is considered “The Lesser Leg” which is used for

calculating the Team Commission. The other leg is considered “ The Greater Leg.”

Enrollment Lineage Enrollment lineage is created by your direct sponsored PurpleU business members ( e.g.. personally enrolled PurpleU business members).

RCV (Retail Commission Volume) This volume determines the retail commission generated from your personal purchases and retail customers.

PSV (Personal Sales Volume) This volume is generated through your personal and customer purchases. Also, PSV determines your active status.

Bronze Rank Sales Volume (BRSV) In order to be eligible to promote to the Bronze rank, the member must have an accumulative of 300 PSV in addition to the other necessary items.

BL Pay Rank: L/R Count Pearl and other upper ranks require that there is a certain rank placed on the left and right sides of the Binary Lineage. Not necessary to be a personal enrollee.

PE Active L/R Count Bronze and other upper ranks require that there is a personally enrolled and active business member in both the left and right leg of the Binary Lineage.

LGSV (Lesser Leg Group Sales Volume) This is the total volume of PSV in the Lesser Leg over the bonus period. This volume is used to calculate for team commission and title ranks.

A person who purchases products either directly from a PurpleU Member or through a replicated website. A customer does not retain a position in the binary

Active Member A PurpleU business member who maintains a minimum amount of 50 PSV per month

The active status could be achieved when personal sales volume (PSV) reach at least 50 PSV per month; however, to achieve or maintain a certain pay rank there is a

A PurpleU business member who has no PSV & RCV over the bonus period is not eligible for any bonuses and commissions. If a business member has no purchase

history for 12 months, he/she will be considered inactive. However, you will still be able to do the PurpleU business if you keep purchasing the website subscription.

Weekly Payment: Retail Commission: starting at 12:01 a.m. (MST) on Sunday and ending at 11:59 p.m. (MST) on Saturday. Payout on the following Friday at
11:59 p.m. (MST)
Bonus Period Monthly Payment: Initial Order Bonus, Team Commission, Team Matching Bonus, Leadership Bonus, and Rank Advancement Bonus: starting at 12:01 a.m. (MST)
on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 p.m. (MST) on the last day of the month. Payout on the 15th of the following month.

Minimum Cycle Points If the volume in the Lesser Leg is below 100 PSV, no Team Commission is paid until a future commission period when the minimum cycle point is finally achieved.

“Carry Over Volume” is where unpaid volume is carried forward in both legs to the following month. Carry Over Volume is only applied to the team commissions.
When both or either legs are under 100 PSV then the Carry Over Volume will be applied, and payments will not be paid unless both legs reach at least 100 PSV by

the following month. In order for a member to be eligible for a carry over volume, they must remain active with 50 PSV per month. If the member is inactive with less
than 50 PSV, they would not be eligible to carry over the volume and the volume in both legs will reset to zero.

Team Bonus Cap Paid 20 % of Lesser Leg Volume. Paid Volume amount is then removed from both legs after being paid. Up to $100,000 per month.
