 Brokerage Payment Condition

v  B15 payment: For partners with equity AUM of 1 Cr and above, B15 Brokerage
payment would be made in next month itself. For other partners; B15 Payment
would be done in 12 equal installments.
v  In case of any Partner is having excessive churning/claw back raIo compared to
brokerage payment; then Prudent reserves the right to make the payment of
Upfront Brokerage based on the earlier system of dynamic limit. If claw back
amount is higher than the brokerage amount, partner is liable to make the
payment for Claw back amount to Prudent within 15 days.
v  Partners with Above Pla2num Category will par2cipate in PLC Programe; but
won’t par2cipate in PLC Booster (from April 2017) as and when launched.
Partner would have choice to remain as Pla2num partner and opt for PLC
Booster.
v  If Business Associate or his immediate Family Member (Father/Mother/Husband /
Wife/Son/Daughter) is also a Channel Partner; then he/she can be categorized
maximum up to PlaInum Category. ( If Partner code is mapped under BA code. If
not mapped under BA cod then this restricIon is not applicable)

v  This program is only for ARN cerIfied partners registered with Prudent Corporate
Advisory Services Ltd.

v  This program is effecIve January 15, 2017.

v  Prudent Partner Loyalty Program is by invitaIon only. Prudent Reserves the right
to deny parIcipaIon in this Loyalty Program to any Channel Partner.

v  Partner Category will be changed based on Equity/ELSS AUM with Prudent, as on

last working day of the previous month.

v  Partner Categoriza2on for various benefits will be based on Equity/ELSS AUM as

on September 30 of year preceding the program year.

v  Management reserves the right to change the City CategorizaIon, Partner

CategorizaIon Criteria and Benefit anyIme during the year.
 Terms & Conditions

v  Benefits like Personal Accident, Health Plan and Term insurance coverage will
change on 1st January every year even if category changes mid year.

v  Scholarship would be given only up to maximum 2 kids of an ARN holder

registered with Prudent. (Grand Son or Grand Daughters are not eligible for
benefit)

v  In the case of a Corporate ARN holder, the benefits will accrue to only one of
the partner or director of the firm. ARN holder has to communicate the name of
the partner/director, who will avail the benefit of this programme. Name once
given cannot be changed and the same person will be considered for all the
benefits viz Scholarship benefit, Personal Accident Benefit, Health Insurance
Benefit, Term Plan etc.

v  If Registered partner is senior CiKzen; then partner has to nominate his son/
daughter for Health Benefit, Personal Accident Benefit and Term Plan.
 Terms & Conditions

v  Benefits like PA, Health Benefit and Term insurance are subject to Medical/
other underwriKng criteria of an insurance company. In cases of Policy decline
or premium loading, the partner has to nominate a family member for the said
benefits.

v  Prudent will not be liable for any service deficiency or claim related issue for
Personal Accident, Health Benefit, Term Insurance Benefit.

v  Prudent data will be considered final.

v  Prudent Reserves the right to Modify/Terminate the Loyalty program anyKme.

v  Subject to Ahmedabad JurisdicKon.
