DIRECTSELLINGBUSINESSMODEL OF TUPPERWARE AND COMPENSATION PLAN

Direct Selling Business Model

Tupperware India Private Limited (Tupperware) is a direct selling company which started its operations
in India in 1996. Tupperware is a renowned brand in the space of Kitchenware and tableware solutions.
Due to the highly demonstrable nature of its products, the Company sells its products through the
Direct Selling model in India.

Tupperware Business Model is briefly explained as follows:

a) Tupperware has appointed Distributors across the country to buy and sell Tupperware products
on a principal to principal basis.
b) The authorized Distributors of Tupperware further appoint direct sellers i.e Consultants. The
Consultants buy Tupperware products from the Distributors on a principal to principal basis.
c) The end consumers buy Tupperware products from the Consultants.
d) Consultants desirous and capable of taking the responsibility of expanding business and
managing teams can express their interest in becoming Managers.
e) Consultants can become Managers & Team Leader based on the Sales and required no. of
orders they can accomplish along with their Sales group.
f) The Team Leader can become Executive Managers on appointment.
g) Managers, Team Leader & Executive Managers are required to manage their sales team by
providing them training, motivation and guidance in building a successful business of selling of
Tupperware products.

Compensation across different levels:

DISTRIBUTORS

1. Fixed percentage of trade margin on sale of products to Consultants along with the taget linked
incentive

CONSULTANTS

1. Retail Trade margin of 24% on sale of products to end Consumers i.e the difference between the
Maximum Retail Price & Consultant's Purchase Price.
2. Company also runs various schemes during the year entitling the Consultants to earn a gift and
an exclusive recognition on achievement of Sales targets.

MANAGERS

1. Retail Trade margin of 24% on sale of products to end Consumers i.e the difference between the
Maximum Retail Price & Consultant's Purchase Price.

2. Company also runs various schemes during the year entitling the Managers to earn gifts, foreign
trips and an exclusive recognition on achievement of Sales targets by them and their teams
3. Monthly Incentive on achieving specified level of monthly sales and no. of orders from a team
managed by the Manager (Copy of the latest Compensation Plan attached)

Team Leader

1. Retail Trade margin of 24% on sale of products to end Consumers i.e the difference between the
Maximum Retail Price & Consultant's Purchase Price.
2. Company also runs various schemes during the year entitling the Team Leaders to earn gifts,
benefits & foreign trips and an exclusive recognition on achievement of Sales targets by them
and their teams
3. Monthly Incentive and benefits on achieving specified level of monthly sales and no. of orders of
the team managed by the Team Leader (Copy of the latest Compensation Plan attached)

EXECUTIVE MANAGERS

1. Retail Trade margin of 24% on sale of products to end Consumers i.e the difference between the
Maximum Retail Price & Consultant's Purchase Price.
2. Company also runs various schemes during the year entitling the Executive Managers to earn
gifts, benefits & foreign trips and an exclusive recognition on achievement of Sales targets by
them and their teams.
3. Monthly and Quarterly Incentive and benefits on achieving specified level of monthly sales and
no. of orders of the team managed by the Executive Manager.

VANGUARD MANAGER
The Incentive is paid on achieving the specified criteria in a particular month. However, for the
Vanguard Recoqnition, consistent monthly achievement of the Vanguard level over a period of
six months is required.
There will be two time periods in a year to evaluate the Vanguard Status; January to June and
July to December.
