Designation: Sales Officer Trainee

Qualifications: MBA (Marketing & Sales)


10th - 60% and above 12th - 60% and above Graduation – 60% and above

Criteria:
1) The candidate must be open for relocation anywhere in SOUTH INDIA (I.e., Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra
Pradesh & Telangana).
2) Candidate should have a PAN CARD & Aadhar card unless which joining cannot be initiated.
3) Candidate should have DRIVING LICENCE (as this job requires travel, knowing to ride a scotty or bike is essential).

Training Period: Duration: Maximum 12 months.


• During this period of training, the candidate will be shadowing and doing on job task with the Sales officer / executive
to get hands on experience of the role of a Sales Officer. During this period the trainee will get regular feedback on
her/his performance.
• Trainee will be absorbed as Sales Officer depending on the performance and subject to availability of vacancy.

Job Description:

Market Working
• Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly target for each Distributor for your region
• Achievement & monitor progress of Redistribution value and volume targets
• Ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets.

Distributor Handling
• Ensure compliance of Distributors with their respective roles & responsibilities
• Manage and develop individual distributor in an active and profitable manner
• Ensure the proper and correct execution of sales, discount and trading terms determined by the company
• Monitor and minimize the level of Bad goods returns

Control, Training and Communication
• Accurate and timely reports on Market intelligence: competitor’s activity, price changes and promotional support.
• Ensure Secondary Sales Force is properly trained.
• Coordinate correspondence and communication between the team and Distributor management.

Process for Selection:


• Online aptitude Test
• Group Discussion
• Market Work for 2days in field
• Personal Interviews with HR Manager & Regional Sales Manager.
• Pre-employment Medical Test

Salary Structure:

In addition to this, you will be entitled to Performance bonus of 22% of Annual Base Salary as per Performance
bonus Scheme of the Company post your absorption as Sales Officer.

• Over and above this you get TA/ DA of ₹675 per day of market working.
• ₹1200/- mobile reimbursement per month.
• Reimbursement of Rs 9 per km of travel related to work, and Rs 4000 monthly for Car maintenance.
