ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, LEDIE MIEUEN SALAZAR, of legal age, Filipino, married to

ERIC JAVINEZ SALAZAR, and resident of Lower Poblacion, Pilar, Camotes,
Cebu 6048, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR,

and

KERNAN BUTALID MOTOOMULL, of legal age, married to

LOURAINE POLITO MOTOOMUL, and residing at Block 4 Lot 2 Futura Homes
Subdivision, Suba Basbas Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, hereinafter called as the
ASSIGNEE,

after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:
WITNESSETH:

THAT, a certain real property of which I am an owner is particularly

described as:

LOT 3, BLOCK 4, FUTURA HOMES MACTAN,

GUERILLERO ST., SUBA BASBAS, LAPU LAPU CITY, CEBU

THAT, I am the owner in fee simple of that certain real property with all
improvements thereon, containing an area of 88 SQUARE METERS of the above-
described property;

THAT, I have agreed TO WAIVE my rights of ownership and possession of

the said real property with improvements thereon for valuable consideration to
KERNAN BUTALID MOTOOMULL, of legal age, married to LOURAINE
POLITO MOTOOMUL, and residing at Block 4 Lot 2 Futura Homes Subdivision,
Suba Basbas Lapu-lapu City, Cebu;

THAT, in view of the foregoing, I do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE and

RELINQUISH all my rights, interests and participation over the above-described real
property in favor of KERNAN BUTALID MOTOOMULL;

THAT, I do execute this WAIVER OF RIGHTS VOLUNTARILY and shall

UNDERTAKE to execute other required documents to give full satisfaction and legal
effect to this WAIVER;
