DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, the VENDOR is a lawful owner of a parcel of land by virtue of an Extrajudicial

Settlement of Estate with Donation dated August 22, 2018, with Doc No. 5441, Page
No. 084, Book No. IX, Series of 2018, notarized by _____, and is considered as his
paraphernal property, which is more particularly described as follows:
