DEED OF SALE WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered into by and between;

Spouses___________-, of both at legal age, Filipino, resident of ________________________________,

herein referred to as the VENDOR; and

________________, also of legal age, Filipino, married, resident of ____________-herein referred to as

the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is absolute owner of condominium unit thru Pag- Ibig Housing Loan identified as Unit
No. _ at Hacienda Balai Zabarte Road, Quezon City, containing an area of 30.00 square meter.

That for and in consideration of the sum of

____________________________________(P ) Philippine Currency, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE the VENDOR does herby, sell, Cede, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in
a manner of absolute and irrevocable unto the said VENDEE, heirs, successors and assigns, the above-
described property together with the improvement found and existing thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.

That the above-described property is mortgage by the VENDOR in favor of the PAG-IBIG FUND housing
Loan thru Contract to Sell Scheme in Phinma Properites in the amount of Two Million One Hundred
Seventy Thousand Pesos (P 2, 170,000.00).

That as part of the consideration of this sale, the VENDEE does hereby accept this sale and binds herself
to assume as she hereby assumes all the duties and obligation of the VENDOR imposed upon the latter
in the aforementioned mortgage deed.
