CONDITIONAL DEED OF ASSIGNMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Conditional Deed of Assignment with Waiver of Rights is entered into by and between:

xxx, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of _, to be hereinafter referred to as the
“ASSIGNOR”;

-AND-

xxx, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of _, to be herein after referred to as the
“ASSIGNEE”;

WITNESSETH, THAT:

The ASSIGNOR, in consideration of the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS

(Php100,000.00) Philippine Currency, shall waive any and all of his proportionate hereditary
share over the Real Property situated at _, which was previously owned by their late parents over
to the ASSIGNEE.

That the ASSIGNOR shall be paid by the ASSIGNEE the amount of FORTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php40,000.00) Philippine Currency upon execution of this Conditional Deed of
Assignment with Waiver of Rights.

That the ASSIGNOR shall be paid by the ASSIGNEE the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS
(Php10,000.00) Philippine Currency per month for six (6) months, or until such time the balance
is fully paid.

That the ASSIGNOR, upon full payment of the considered amount of ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php100,000.00) Philippine Currency, shall WAIVE, CEDE, and TRANSFER his
proportionate hereditary share over the said Real Property in favor of the ASSIGNEE and
acknowledges that he no longer has any rights whatsoever over the said Real Property.

That this agreement shall be binding and extends to each party’s heirs, assignees, and
successors in interest.

That both parties fully understood the terms and conditions stated thereof, and the same
was done on their own free will and consent, neither each party was coerced or forced to enter
into such agreement;

That in the event of any judicial proceedings arising from this Deed, the same shall be
brought to the Court of Angeles City.
