DEED OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARICRIS M. FERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to ROY T.

ALEJANDRO, and a resident of Block 1 Lot 10 San Vicente Compund Kaginhawaan
St. Karangalan Village Manggahan Pasig City., by these presents, do hereby WAIVE
any and all rights, participation and/or interest and will have no further claims
whatsoever, in favor of, REDENTOR G. GALIT, over the certain parcel of land covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No.T-1187697, located at Baranggay Bucandala,
Imus Cavite and herein specifically described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T 1187697

A parcel of land (Lot 24, Block 6, of the consolidation- subdivision plan,

Pcs-04-021199, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot 1347-B, Psd-04-
111897, Lot 1348, Imus Estate (Now, RS-04-002364) &Lot 1349, Imus Estate,
(RS-04-004070), L.R.C. Record No. 8843), situated in the Baranggay of
Bucandala, Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon. Bounded on
the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 26, on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 23, on the SE,
along line 3-4 by Lot 22, all of Block 6, and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Road lot
8, all of the cons. Subd. Plan. Beginning at a pt.

WHEREAS, the said property has been purchased and fully owned by RENDENTOR
G. GALIT

FURTHERMORE, on February 3, 2012, MARICRIS M.FERNANDEZ and REDENTOR

G. GALIT has been Judicially declared annulled by virtue of the Certificate of
Finality attached hereto as Annex “A”.

FINALLY, MARICRIS M. FERNANDEZ do hereby agrees to waive her rights over the
property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.T-1187697 in favor of
REDENTOR G. GALIT
