CONTRACT OF LEASE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

-WITNESSETH-

THAT, the Lessor is the registered owner of the motor vehicle particularly described as

THAT, the LESSOR hereby offers to lease, and the LESSEE hereby accepts to lease the
above-described motor vehicle under the following terms and conditions laid down hereinunder:

1. Term – this Contract shall be effective for a period of from

the date of execution of the same and shall be renewable for another month upon mutual
agreement of the parties;

2. Amount – the LESSEE hereby agrees to pay the amount of

per day;

3. Warranty – the LESSEE hereby warrants that the above-described motor vehicle shall be
used for legal purposes only;

4. Maintenance – the maintenance of the above-described motor vehicle shall be for the
account of the LESSEE;
 5. Fuel – any expenses which shall be incurred for the fuel shall be for the account of the
LESSEE;

6. Driver - any expenses which shall be incurred for the payment of the driver of the above-
described motor vehicle shall be for the account of the LESSEE;

7. Assignment - The LESSEE shall not directly or indirectly sublease, assign, or transfer his
rights over the leased premises or any portion thereof under any circumstances whatsoever
without the prior written consent of the LESSOR;

8. Violation – any violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement shall render this
Contract ineffective and null and void;
