DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Extrajudicial Partition of Estate (hereafter referred to as the

“DEED” for brevity), is made and entered into this _____ day of January 2017 by
and among the compulsory heirs of decedent MARCIANO ROA CATRAL,
hereinafter collectively referred to as “HEIRS”, by their own volition, declare
as follows:

WHEREAS, the Decedent MARCIANO ROA CATRAL, during his

lifetime, had outstanding receivable from his brother, JOSE ALBERTO ROA
CATRAL, the latter being the buyer of the share of the decedent in the Estate of
their late parents;

WHEREAS, on ___________, MARCIANO ROA CATRAL, SR. died

intestate at Centro Norte, Alcala, Cagayan, as evidenced by his Death Certificates
hereto attached as Annex “A”;

ABSENCE OF CREDITORS AND LIABILITIES,

AND LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

WHEREAS, the DECEDENT died without leaving any debts to creditors

and/or any other party/ies that no creditor has come forth from the time of his death
up to the time of the execution of this DEED;

WHEREAS, the DECEDENTS died without any holographic or

testamentary will;

PROPERTY OF THE DECEDENTS’ ESTATE

WHEREAS, the DECEDENT’S accounts receivable from JOSE

ALBERTO ROA CATRAL in the amount of ONE-HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (P100,000.00) is an Estate of the Decedent subject of
inheritance/succession by the compulsory heirs in this Deed of Extra-judicial
Partition of Estate pursuant to applicable law on succession;

COMPULSORY HEIRS

WHEREAS, the DECEDENT was married to SALVACION SABINIANO

CATRAL and is survived by his spouse;

WHEREAS, during their marriage, the DECEDENT and his surviving

Spouse SALVACION SABINIANO CATRAL were blessed with three (3)
legitimate children, namely:

SURVIVING HEIRS

WHEREAS, on account of the respective personal circumstances of the

Compulsory Heirs as described above, the following are the surviving heirs of the
DECEDENT who are capacitated and entitled to participate and succeed in the
DECEDENT’ Estate, to wit:

1. SALVACION SABINIANO CATRAL, surviving spouse of the

DECEDENT, legal age, Filipino and a resident of Centro Norte,
Alcala, Cagayan Valley, Philippines;

2. ROBERTO SABINIANO CATRAL, married, of legal age,

Filipino and resident of Centro Norte, Alcala, Cagayan Valley,
Philippines;

3. JOANE GLORIA SABINIANO CATRAL, single, of legal age,

Filipino and a resident of Centro Norte, Cagayan Valley,
Philippines;

4. MICHELLE PRINCISITA CATRAL-GARCIA, married, of

legal age, Filipino and a resident of Centro Norte, Cagayan Valley,
Philippines;

WHEREAS, the Compulsory Heirs, by their own voluntary, free act and
deed bonded by the fraternal love and respect for the DECEDENT, have agreed to
extra-judicially settle the DECEDENT’s Estate in their favor, as they are the only
legitimate heirs of the DECEDENT and there are no other heirs of the
DECEDENT from the moment of his death;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises

and the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth and in accordance with Section 1
of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court, the Compulsory Heirs hereby
adjudicate, as inheritance, the aforesaid DECEDENT’s Estate unto themselves as
surviving heirs, without prejudice to their inheritance to any other properties, real
or personal, of the DECEDENT, if any shall hereafter be discovered;

AND THE COMPULSORY HEIRS HEREBY AGREE, UNDERTAKE,

AND COVENANT, AS THEY HEREBY AGREE, UNDERTAKE AND
COVENANT, AS FOLLOWS:

 1. The distribution of the Estate in the amount of ONE-HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) shall be extra-judicially settled and
partitioned among themselves and they shall respectively assume the
corresponding rights and liabilities thereto, to wit:

2. Should there be any valid claims on the aforesaid property of the

DECEDENTS but which is unknown to all the aforestated heirs at the time of the
execution of this Agreement and which became known only thereafter, the
Compulsory Heirs shall act collectively and jointly in paying off such claims
against the aforesaid estate.

3. Should there be other properties left by the DECEDENT, real or

personal, shall be subject to a separate Deed of Extra Judicial Partition to be
executed again by all the DECEDENTS’ heirs.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this ____ day of
