died intestate and without known debts long time ago in San Vicente, Baclayon, Bohol,
Philippines;

3. That the late Alejandro Realista was the brother of the late Pedro Realista, who died intestate
single without issue and without known debts long time ago in San Vicente, Baclayon, Bohol,
Philippines;

4. That the late Pedro Realista during his lifetime was the claimant of parcels of land, to wit:

1. Location of Property : Payahan (formerly: Landican), Baclayon, Bohol

Area : 10,554 Square Meters, more or less

2. Location of Property : San Roque, Baclayon, Bohol

Area : 1,862 Square Meters, more or less

5. That the late Pedro Realista during his lifetime had been possessing the aforementioned parcels
of land openly, publicly, notoriously, and to the exclusion of others for a long time during his
lifetime;

6. That there is no boundary dispute, whatsoever, among us involving the above-mentioned

parcels of land;

7. That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.
