NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only
(Php 8,500,000.00) Philippine Currency, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of
Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the said condominium unit together with all
the improvements found thereon as of the date of this sale.
