➢ WHAT

LKPM (INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES REPORT) IS A REPORT ON THE PROGRESS OF INVESTMENT

REALIZATION AND THE PROBLEMS FACED BY COMPANY, WHICH MUST BE MADE AND SUBMITTED
PERIODICALLY (ARTICLE 1 POINT (20) BKPM REGULATION NO. 5 OF 2021)

➢ WHY (LEGAL BASIS/REGULATION)

1. ARTICLE 15 LETTER (C) OF LAW NO. 25 OF 2007 REGARDING INVESTMENT

Article 15

Every investor is obliged to:

a. applies the principles of good corporate governance;

b. carries out corporate social responsibility;

c. makes reports on investment activities and submit it to the

Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board;

d. respect the cultural traditions of the local community

investment business activities; and

e. complies with all statutory provisions.

2. ARTICLE 5 LETTER (C) BKPM REGULATION NO. 5 OF 2021 REGARDING GUIDELINES AND
PROCEDURES FOR SUPERVISION OF BUSINESS LICENSING RISK BASED

Article 5

Every Business is obliged to:

a. applies the principles of good corporate governance;

b. carries out corporate social responsibility;

c. submits LKPM;

d. respect the cultural traditions of the local community

Investment business activities;

e. improves the competence of the Indonesia Manpower

through job training in accordance with the provisions of the
legislation;

f. conduct training and transfer technology to the Indonesia

Manpower in accordance with the laws and regulations for
companies employing foreign workers;

g. allocates funds in stages for restoration of sites that meet

eligibility standards environment for companies that exploit
natural resources that are not renewable, whose
implementation is in accordance with the provisions of the
legislation; and

h. complies with all statutory provisions.

➢ WHO

WHO IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT LKPM ONLINE? ALL COMPANIES, EXCEPT: MICRO BUSINESS; OIL AND
GAS COMPANY; BANKING, NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND INSURANCE; COMPANIES THAT
HAVE A PRINCIPLE LICENSE (IP); INVESTMENT REGISTRATION AND/OR BUSINESS LICENSE (IU) THAT
ARE NO LONGER ACTIVE OR HAS EXPIRED.

➢ WHEN

PROVISIONS FOR SUBMITTING LKPM (ARTICLE 32 PARAGRAPH (4) BKPM REGULATION NO. 5 OF 2021:
FOR MEDIUM AND LARGE COMPANIES, EVERY 3 (THREE) MONTHS (QUARTERLY)
(7) Submission of LKPM as referred to in paragraph (4)
letter b is carried out with the following provisions:

a. LKPM consists of:

1. LKPM construction/preparation stage for non-

producing business activities and/or operate
commercially; and

2. LKPM operational and/or commercial stage for

business activities that are already in production
and/or operate commercially.

b. The reporting period is as follows:

1. The first quarter report is submitted no later than

April 10th of following year;

2. The second quarter report is submitted at least no

later than the 10th of July of following year;

3. The third quarter report is submitted at least no

later than the 10th of October of following year; and

4. The fourth quarter report is submitted at least no

later than the 10th of January of next year.

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS TO BE ABLE TO SUBMIT LKPM Online:

1. REGISTERING A BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (NIB) ONLINE VIA HTTPS://OSS.GO.ID/

2. FILL IN PROJECT DATA FOR EACH REGISTERED KBLI
UI LKPM - OSS (SAMPLE KBLI)
