This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed by and between:

Philippine currency, receipt of which hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR hereby SELLS,
TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of absolute sale, unto the said VENDEE , its successors
and assigns to the above described property. VENDOR warrants that the said property is free
from all liens and encumbrances of any nature whatsoever. VENDOR provides no warranty
whatsoever on the condition of the property. VENDEE accepts the property “AS is, Where is”
with all faults, known or unknown and hereby waives any and all claims against VENDOR,
existing now or arising in the future concerning the sold property VENDEE accepts the
responsibility for the removal of the said property from premises of the VENDOR upon full
payment of the purchase price, and not while any portion of the purchase price remains
unpaid.
