DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
We, , both of legal ages, Filipinos and residents of ____________ (as the
VENDOR and VENDEE respectively) executed a _______________
involving the sale of one (1) unit tricycle described as Make: Kawasaki, Engine:
____, Chassis No. BC1 and City No. ____ registered in the name of VENDOR;
WHEREAS, the said Deed of Absolute Sale was duly notarized and entered
in the notarial register of Atty. ___ per Doc. No. 42, Page No. 9, Book No. II,
Series of 20;
WHEREAS, we do hereby REVOKE, ANNUL and RECALL the said
Deed of Absolute Sale by reason of the return of the whole unit by the vendee to
the vendor, and the vendor returns the amount paid by the vendee.
NOW, THEREFORE, both parties give consent to this revocation and do
hereby declare that the aforementioned Deed of Absolute Sale is cancelled,
revoked, terminated and of no further force and effect.
