Re: Notice of non-renewal of

contract

Dear Sir:
I am writing in behalf of ________________ and this concern your
Contract of Lease involving your lease in _________________ which will
expire in August 10, 2019.

Please be informed that after the expiration of your lease, _____________

does not wish to renew the lease of the property any further.
We are sending you this letter as advance notice, so you will have enough
time to prepare before the contract ends. As to your 2-months deposit,
please be informed that it is already consumed until said termination.
Please be further notified that you are required to surrender and vacate the
premises upon the termination date and return the premises to the same
condition as you found it upon move-in, normal wear and tear excepted.
