CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT made and entered into by and between:

That the BUYER/S has/have offered to buy and the SELLER/S has/have agreed to sell
the mentioned property under the terms and coditions herein below set forth.

NOW WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of

BUYER/S their heirs, successors and assigns the abovementioned described residential house

5. That upon full payment of the total price, the SELLER/S shall sign and execute a DEED
OF ABSOLUTE SALE and all pertinent documents relative to the transfer of ownership in
favor of the BUYER/S. The SELLER/S shall likewise execute and deliver any and all
documents, including but not limited to the Original Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title,
Tax Declaration and all other documents necessary for the transfer of ownership from
SELLER/S to the BUYER/S.

6. That should this sale be not consummated without fault on the part of the SELLER/S the
above payment made by the BUYER/S shall be forfeited in their favor as liquidated
damages. Likewise, in the event the SELLER/S cancel/s this sale for any reason whatsoever,
the AMOUNT paid by BUYER/S shall be refund to BUYER/S;
