This Deed Of Sale made and executed by and between:

WE LIBERTY T.ILAGAN & NELSON S.CARAMBAS, of legal age Filipino,single, with postal
address at B8 L27 Doheney St. Covina P2 Buhay na Tubig Imus Cavite,hereinafter called as
VENDOR;

-AND-

LESLEY ANN HOPE Q.BISCARRA & MARK LOUIE M.MONTEROSO, of legal age, Filipino ,married
with postal address at B1 L24 Lessandra Subdivision Buhay na Tubig Imus Cavite called and
referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH THAT:

Whereas the vendors are the registered owners of that certain parcel and including all
improvements that may be found and existing thereon. Situated in Brgy.Tanzang Luma Imus
Cavite, covered by Transfer Certificate of TitleNo.057-2017027834 of the registry of deeds of
Cavite, more particularly described as follows;

&6275 Imus Est.,L.R.C. rec 8843 situated in Brgy of Tanzang Luma Imus Cavite,Prov of Cavite
Island of Luzon ,bounded on the NW along line 1-2 by lot 28 on the NE ;along line 3-4 by rd.
lot9,& on the sw.,along line 4-1 by lot25,blk.8,all of cons-subd.plan.beginning at a pt.marked
pt.marked”1”on plan ,being N56 deg.59 W;2150.48 M.from Mon No.177,Imus Est.thence
n.03 deg.58’e ,7.00 m. to pt.2;thence s. 86 deg.02’e,10.00 m to pt.3;thence s.03 deg.58’w,7.00
m.to 4;thence n.86 deg.02’w,10.00 m to pt of beginning.containing an area of Seventy (70)
square meters.all pts.referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground
byp.s.cyl.conc.mons.15x40 cm;bearing true;date of orig.survey:july 27,1907-june 11,1908 and
that of the cons./subd.survey march 15-30 and was approved on july 6,2000.
 That the Vendors and Vendee has agreed on the sell thereof by the Vendors to the
Vendee.That the full settlement of of the total amount of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS(2,500,000.00)a DEED of Absolute Sale ,and other pertinent documents
duly signed by the owner in connection with the transfer of the said property shall be given
by the Vendor to the Vendee

The Vendors by virtue of these present hereby Sell,Cede,Transfer and Convey and hereby
including all the improvements that may be found and existing thereon.In favor of the
Vendee its successors –in –interest free from all liens and encumbrances at all kind
whatsoever.
