CONTRACT OF SERVICES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract of service entered into and executed this 11 th day of May
2022 at Purok 7 Brgy. San Joaquin, Maria Aurora, Aurora , Philippines by
and between;

The STEFHANIE TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE INC.,

represented by REYNALYN D. NADORA, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY

MA. FATIMA A. CATLI, Filipino of legal age, single with residence and
postal address at 342 Mabini St. Brgy. Santor, Bongabon, Nueva Ecija,
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

WITHNESSETH

1. That the FIRST PARTY is desirous to engage the contractual service of a

School Registrar/School Administrator with the STEFHANIE
TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE INC. Purok 7 Brgy. San
Joaquin, Maria Aurora, Aurora.

2. That the SECOND PARTY is fully competent to render service School

Registar/School Administrator, in accordance with his qualifications in
the curriculum vitae.

3. That the FIRST PARTY for in consideration of the service rendered agrees
to pay the second party the amount of P 600 per day.

4. That this contract of service shall be for the period of May 2022 to May
2023.

5. That notwithstanding the fixed duration of the employment, the contract of

service may be terminated anytime for just cause such as but not limited to
unsatisfactory performance and/ or non-availability of funds and only after
due notice to the SECOND PARTY at least thirty (30) days prior to such
termination.

6. That the SECOND PARTY shall report STEFHANIE TECHNICAL

VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE INC., on working days-Monday to Friday and
eight working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

7. That after the termination of the contract, the SECOND PARTY shall
secure clearance from the FIRST PARTY prior to his exit.

8. That this agreement shall take effect this 11 th day of May, 2022.
