JOB ORDER CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This JOB ORDER CONTRACT is made and entered by and between:

The KIBUDTUNGAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, with school address at

KIBUDTUNGAN, CARMEN, NORTH COTABATO herein presented by AGUSTIN C. BACUDO
JR. School Head, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;

-AND-

ARIES VON BANO., of legal age, Filipino, married, and with a residential address at
KIBUDTUNGAN, CARMEN, NORTH COTABATO, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND
PARTY”;
WITNESSETH:

1. That the First Party is in need of the services of the Second Party who shall perform
functions which are not part of the job description of the existing regular personnel of
the First Party.

2. That the Second Party has signified their intention to which the First Party has
accepted to provide the services needed by the latter;

3. That the Second Party hereby possesses the qualification, experience, and
competence required to perform the job as described therein;

4. That the Second Party has not been previously dismissed from the government
service by reason of an administrative offense;

5. That in view hereof, the Second Party is hereby contracted as SCHOOL LAWN
MOWER OPERATOR at KIBUDTUNGAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
from JANUARY 3, 2023 – DECEMBER 31, 2023 in consideration of a rate of
P500.00 monthly to be paid every end of the month charged against the
SCHOOL MOOE FUND;

6. That as School Lawn Mower operator, the Second Party is expected to perform the
following functions:
a. Mower the school ground(trim/cut the long grasses along school premises)

7. That the Second Party shall perform work at a time and schedule to be agreed upon
by two parties;
8.That it is understood that the services of the Second Party are not covered by the Civil
Service laws and rules, thus, not creditable as government service. The Second Party is not
entitled to the benefits enjoyed by the government employees, such as leave, PERA, ACA, and
bonus.

8. .That the First Party shall not be held liable as third person or employer/agency to
any liability of the Second Party that may be incurred during the performance of their
duties and responsibilities as School Carpenter/Mason;

That this contract shall begin immediately after the signing of both parties and shall
expire on JANUARY 1, 2024;

9. That this contract may be terminated, revoked, and/or annulled only upon the
expiration of the aforementioned period or upon mutual agreement of the parties.
However, prior to the termination of this contract, the Second Party may be allowed
to voluntarily resign from service based on valid ground but can only be effective
after serving a thirty (30) day notice to the First Party. Any violation on this effect, the
Second Party shall be held liable for damages and other administrative penalties.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto set their hands this 3rd day of January of
2023 at KIBUDTUNGAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, KIBUDTUNGAN, CARMEN,
NORTH COTABATO, PHILIPPINES.
