JOB ORDER CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This JOB ORDER CONTRACT is made and entered by and between:

The PRESBITERO CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, with school address at

Presbitero, Pigcawayan, Cotabato, herein presented by LEAH D. CORNEL, Principal
1, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;

-AND-

JIM S. JAVILLO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residential address at
Presbitero, Pigcawayan, Cotabato, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH:

1. That the First Party is in need of the services of the Second Party who shall
perform functions which are not part of the Job description of the existing regular
personnel of the First Party;

2. That the Second Party has signified her intention to which the First Party has
accepted to provide the services needed by the latter;

3. That the Second Party hereby possesses the qualification, experience and
competence required to perform the job as described therein;

4. That the Second Party has not been previously dismissed from the government
service by reason of an administrative offense;

5. That in view hereof, the Second Party is hereby contracted as WATCHMAN at

Presbitero Central Elementary School from February __,2022 to December
31,2022 in consideration of a monthly rate of One thousand five hundred
Pesos only (P1,500.00) to be paid every end of the month to be charged against
the MOOE fund.

6. That as WATCHMAN, the Second Party is expected to perform the following

functions:

a. Assist pupils, teachers, parents and stakeholders before entering

the gate.
b. Monitor school premises before, during and after classes.
c. Secure all school properties during night time,

7. That the Second Party shall perform work at a time and schedule to be agreed
upon by both parties;

8. That it is understood that the services of the Second Party are not covered by
Civil Service laws and rules, thus, not creditable as government service. The
Second Party is not entitled to the benefits enjoyed by government employees,
such as leave, PERA, ACA, and bonuses;

9. That the First Party shall not be held liable as third person or employer/agency to
any liability of the Second Party that may be incurred during the performance of
her duties and responsibilities as WATCHMAN.

 10. That this contract shall begin immediately after the signing of both parties and
shall expire on December 31,2022.

11. That this contract may be terminated, revoked, and/or annulled only upon
expiration of the aforementioned period or upon mutual agreement of the parties.
However, prior to the termination of this contract, the Second Party may be
allowed to voluntarily resign from service based on valid ground but can only be
effective after serving a thirty (30) day notice to the First Party. Any violation on
this effect, the Second Party shall be held liable for damages and other
administrative penalties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto set their hands this 22nd day
of March 2022, at Presbitero, Pigcawayan, Cotabato, Philippines.
