ONLINE PLATFORM MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Dear Mr. Yousif De-Royal, With reference to our ongoing discussions with you, based

on which we have outlined herein below the terms on which 9COZONE LIMITED will

undertake the following activities as per the Scope of Work (stated below) for ROYAL

DREAM REALITY NIG LTD

I. Term:

This letter of appointment is effective from the 22nd February, 2024 till the 23rd of

March, 2024 (both days inclusive).

II. Scope of Work/Services:

As the Social Media consultant, in consideration of the full and timely payment as

per the “Compensation Terms” (stated below), 9COZONE LTD will provide the following

Social Media services to ROYAL DREAM REALITY NIG LTD

Ongoing Activities:

1. Facebook review and optimization

2. Twitter Account Creation

3. LinkedIn Account to be revamped and Optimized

4. Instagram account Creation

5. Social Media Branding

6. TikTok Account Creation

7. A landing page for lead generation

8. Traffic Source with paid ads.( Set up and manage all ad campaign whenever the

company want to run a promotion for their services )

9. YouTube Channel creation ( Manage the technical aspect of the channel, NOT in

creating the youtube content

10. Set up for monetization when due.

III. Compensation Terms

(a) ROYAL DREAM REALITY NIG LTD will be billed a fee of One Hundred and Fifty

Thousand Naira ( N150,000 ) for all the social media services for 4 weeks.

(b) ROYAL DREAM REALITY NIG LTD Will pay the first payment of N50,000 on the

22nd February,2024. Second Payment on the 7th March, 20224 then The third

Payment on the 14th March, 2024

(c) All third party costs to be borne by ROYAL DREAM REALITY NIG LTD

(d) Any service rendered beyond the scope of work mentioned above to be charged

additionally

V. Termination

Either party can terminate the contract giving one 1 week notice. However, incase of

termination of without notification would be liable to settle all pending invoices as on the

last day of termination

V. Applicable law and Jurisdiction:

This Contract is to be construed in accordance with the laws prevailing in Nigeria and is

subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts .in Bayelsa

In acceptance of the terms of this Contract , please return a signed copy of the same for

our records. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with you. We look forward

to a long term association with you.
