AGRICULTURAL LEASEHOLD CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agricultural Leasehold Contract, made and entered into by between:

The AGRICUTURAL LESSOR, Heirs of Natalia Torralba represented by JOSEPHINE A. GAN & RENATO T. ARENAS
(SPA hereto attached), both of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of 1-0 Peter St. Multinational Village, Parañaque
City;
and

The AGRICUTURAL LESSEE, MARIVIC M. CRISOSTOMO, widow, of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of San
Joaquin, Balungao, Pangasinan.

WITNESSETH:

1. That this Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Nos.6657, 3844 and other related
laws, rules and regulations issued by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and shall strictly conform to the
conditional requirement embodied in Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2003.

2. That this Contract shall bind both parties to fundamentally carry out the requirements necessitated by
agricultural leasehold relationship and other terms and conditions stipulated to maintain agricultural production over a
farm lot located in Sitio ______________, Barrio of SAN JOAQUIN Municipality of BALUNGAO , Province of
Pangasinan, owned and possessed by the AGRICUTURAL LESSOR and covered by Transfer Certification Title No.
T-10446;Tax Declaration Nos. 015-00825-A; Plan No. __________________, which landholding consisting of 5,000
square meters more or less and is bounded on the:

NORTH by land owned/cultivated by Lot 15356


SOUTH by land owned/cultivated by Brgy. Road
WEST by land owned/cultivated by Lot 15326
EAST by land owned/cultivated by Lot 15354

3. That this Contract shall commence and continue every agricultural year thereafter taking into consideration
the existing agricultural leasehold relationship of the parties until the same has been terminated or modified in
accordance with law and applicable provisions of Adm. Order No. . 06, Series of 2003.

4.That this Contract upon approval by DAR, decrees the leasehold for said landholding in the amount of ____
CURRENT PER ANNUM OR SEVEN (7) SACKS OF PALAY (DRY) AT 45 KILOS PER CAVAN FOR THE MAIN
CROP (if kind, indicate applicable unit of measure) of palay (kind of crop) skin dry (variety) or in combination of ash
and kind of schemes whichever is preferable to both parties; (if principal crop does not jive with auxiliary crop, a
separate lease rental shall be provided, as the case may be);

5. That this Contract mandates that the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall pay the required lease rental which
shall not be more than the equivalent of 25% of the average normal net harvest based on the computations made
during the mediation/meeting conference as indicated in the attached Lease Rental Worksheet (LAD0LHO form No.
8) which forms an integral part of this Agreement;

6. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE or his/her duly authorized representative shall pay the leasehold rental at
the Caretakers house. (specified place as agreed upon), every month of November (main crop)

7. That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental due of a
particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or more as a result of
fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground for the dispossession of the
agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that particular year is not extinguished;

8. That this Contract recognizes the leasehold rental fixed as full consideration for the use of the land, and any
instance of crop diversification and/or planting of secondary crops requires a consequent modification of the
leasehold agreement to make in fair and mutually beneficial to both parties;

9. That this contract requires both parties to explicitly refrain from doing or committing prohibited acts, such as;
9.1 That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not employ a sub-lessee on his/her landholding: PROVIDED
that in case of illness or temporary incapacity, he/she may employ laborers whose services on his/her
landholding shall be paid on his/her account.
9.2 That it shall be unlawful for AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to mortgage/sell his/her leasehold rights over the
landholding;
9.3 That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not cause undue erosion of the soil or impair its fertility;
9.4 That the AGRICULTURAL LESSOR shall not, without the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE’s written consent,
destroy crops and trees in the farmholding.

NOTE: In case the property is planted during second crop, the lease rental shall be 3.5 cavans dried palay at
45 kilos per cavan.

10. That this Contract shall be deemed in total compliance with the policies and governing principles embodied
in existing laws and any future disagreement or violations committed by either party shall be settled amicably through
the mediation procedures laid down in the guidelines.

11. That any change or modification of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the sale or transfer of the
land to another shall not in a way affect the right of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to the peaceful possession and
cultivation of the landholding;

12. That this contract entitles the heirs of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to maintain and continue the leasehold
relationship even in cases of death or permanent incapacity;

13. That this contract is provisional for three (3) years; agricultural lessee shall notify the agricultural
lessor/representative three (3-5) days before the date of harvesting in order to witness and record the gross harvest
every cropping season.

This Agricultural Leasehold Contract, made and entered into by between:

The AGRICUTURAL LESSOR, MITOS OLEGARIO REP. BY MARIVIC OLEGARIO CALICA & ANNIE OLEGARIO
SEVILLA, all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Mabini & Lopez, Mangatarem, Pangasinan;
And

The AGRICUTURAL LESSEE, VILMOR D. TORIO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Parian, Mangatarem,
Pangasinan.

WITNESSETH:

1. That this Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Nos.6657, 3844 and other related
laws, rules and regulations issued by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and shall strictly conform to
the conditional requirement embodied in Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2003.

2. That this Contract shall bind both parties to fundamentally carry out the requirements necessitated by
agricultural leasehold relationship and other terms and conditions stipulated to maintain agricultural production over a
farm lot located in Barrio BONAGAN, municipality of MANGATAREM, Province of Pangasinan, owned possessed
by the AGRICUTURAL LESSOR and covered by Transfer Certification Title No. _________;Tax Declaration Nos.
________; Plan No. __________________, which landholding consisting of 0.7200 ha., more or less and is bounded
on the:

NORTH by land owned/cultivated by MING CARDENAS


SOUTH by land owned/cultivated by ROAD
WEST by land owned/cultivated by RENATO DELA CRUZ
EAST by land owned/cultivated by NARCISO ABALOS

3. That this Contract shall commence and continue every agricultural year thereafter taking into consideration
the existing agricultural leasehold relationship of the parties until the same has been terminated or modified in
accordance with law and applicable provisions of Adm. Order No. . 06, Series of 2003.

4.That this Contract upon approval by DAR, decrees the leasehold for said landholding in the amount of
EIGHT (8) SACKS OF PALAY (DRY) AT 46 KILOS PER SACK FOR THE FIRST CROP AND EIGHT (8) SACKS
OF PALAY (DRY) AT 46 KILOS/SACK FOR THE SECOND CROP. IN THE EVENT THAT THERE WILL BE THIRD
CROP, THE SHARING IS 75%-25% IN FAVOR OF THE LESSEE AFTER DEDUCTING THE SEEDS USED AND
14% EXPENSES FIOR THE SECOND CROP (kind of crop {CASH}) or in combination of cash and kind of schemes
whichever is preferable to both parties; (if principal crop does not jibe with auxiliary crop, a separate lease rental shall
be provided, as the case may be).

5. That this Contract mandates that the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall pay the required lease rental which
shall not be more than the equivalent of 25% of the average normal harvest based on the computations made during
the mediation/meeting conference as indicated in the attached Lease Rental Worksheet (LAD-LHO from No. 8),
which forms an integral part of this Agreement;

6. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE or his/her duly authorized representative shall pay the leasehold rental at
TO BE PICK UP BY THE LESSOR. (specified place as agreed upon).

7. That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental due of a
particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or more as a result of
fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground for the dispossession of the
agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that particular year is not extinguished;

8. That this Contract recognizes the leasehold rental fixed as full consideration for the use of the land, and any
instance of crop diversification and/or planting of secondary crops requires a consequent modification of the
leasehold agreement to make in fair and mutually beneficial to both parties;
9. That this contract requires both parties to explicitly refrain from doing or committing prohibited acts, such as;
a. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not employ a sub-lessee on his/her landholding:
PROVIDED that in case of illness or temporary incapacity, he/she may employ laborers whose
services on his/her landholding shall be paid on his/her account.
b. That it shall be unlawful for AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to mortgage/sell his/her leasehold rights over
the landholding;
c. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not cause undue erosion of the soil or impair its fertility;
d. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSOR shall not, without the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE’s written
consent, destroy crops and trees in the farmholding.

10. That this Contract shall be deemed in total compliance with the policies and governing principles embodied
in existing laws and any future disagreement or violations committed by either party shall be settled amicably through
the mediation procedures laid down in the guidelines.

11. That any change or modification of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the sale or transfer of the
land to another shall not in a way affect the right of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to the peaceful possession and
cultivation of the landholding;

12. That this contract entitles the heirs of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to maintain and continue the leasehold
relationship even in cases of death or permanent incapacity;

13. That this contract is provisional for three (3) years; agricultural lessee shall notify the agricultural

WITNESSETH:

3. That this Contract shall commence and continue every agricultural year thereafter taking into consideration

3. That this Contract shall commence and continue every agricultural year thereafter taking into consideration
the existing agricultural leasehold relationship of the parties until the same has been terminated or modified
in accordance with law and applicable provisions of Adm. Order No. . 06, Series of 2003.

This Agricultural Leasehold Contract, made and entered into by between:

The AGRICUTURAL LESSOR, ANNIE OLEGARIO SEVILLA, all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Mabini & Lopez,
Mangatarem, Pangasinan;
And

The AGRICUTURAL LESSEE, MARC SAMUEL E. ECO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Arellano Ext.,
Mangatarem, Pangasinan.

WITNESSETH:

1. That this Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Nos.6657, 3844 and other related
laws, rules and regulations issued by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and shall strictly conform to
the conditional requirement embodied in Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2003.

2. That this Contract shall bind both parties to fundamentally carry out the requirements necessitated by
agricultural leasehold relationship and other terms and conditions stipulated to maintain agricultural
production over a farm lot located in Barrio MUELANG, municipality of MANGATAREM, Province of
Pangasinan, owned possessed by the AGRICUTURAL LESSOR and covered by Transfer Certification Title
No. _________; Tax Declaration Nos. ________; Plan No. __________________, which landholding
consisting of 2.2 ha., more or less and is bounded on the:

3. That this Contract shall commence and continue every agricultural year thereafter taking into consideration
the existing agricultural leasehold relationship of the parties until the same has been terminated or modified
in accordance with law and applicable provisions of Adm. Order No. . 06, Series of 2003.

4. That this Contract upon approval by DAR, decrees the leasehold for said landholding in the amount of
THIRTY (30) SACKS OF PALAY (DRY) AT 46 KILOS PER SACK FOR THE FIRST CROP AND THIRTY
(30) SACKS OF PALAY (DRY) AT 46 KILOS/SACK FOR THE SECOND CROP. IN THE EVENT THAT
THERE WILL BE THIRD CROP, THE SHARING IS 75%-25% IN FAVOR OF THE LESSEE AFTER
DEDUCTING THE SEEDS USED AND 14% EXPENSES FIOR THE SECOND CROP (kind of crop {CASH})
or in combination of cash and kind of schemes whichever is preferable to both parties; (if principal crop does
not jibe with auxiliary crop, a separate lease rental shall be provided, as the case may be).

5. That this Contract mandates that the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall pay the required lease rental which
shall not be more than the equivalent of 25% of the average normal harvest based on the computations
made during the mediation/meeting conference as indicated in the attached Lease Rental Worksheet (LAD-
LHO from No. 8), which forms an integral part of this Agreement;
6. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE or his/her duly authorized representative shall pay the leasehold rental at
TO BE PICK UP BY THE LESSOR. (specified place as agreed upon).

7. That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental due of a
particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or more as a
result of fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground for the
dispossession of the agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that particular
year is not extinguished;

8. That this Contract recognizes the leasehold rental fixed as full consideration for the use of the land, and any
instance of crop diversification and/or planting of secondary crops requires a consequent modification of the
leasehold agreement to make in fair and mutually beneficial to both parties;

9. That this contract requires both parties to explicitly refrain from doing or committing prohibited acts, such as;
i. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not employ a sub-lessee on his/her landholding:
PROVIDED that in case of illness or temporary incapacity, he/she may employ laborers whose
services on his/her landholding shall be paid on his/her account.
j. That it shall be unlawful for AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to mortgage/sell his/her leasehold rights over
the landholding;
k. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not cause undue erosion of the soil or impair its fertility;
l. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSOR shall not, without the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE’s written
consent, destroy crops and trees in the farmholding.

10. That this Contract shall be deemed in total compliance with the policies and governing principles embodied
in existing laws and any future disagreement or violations committed by either party shall be settled amicably
through the mediation procedures laid down in the guidelines.

11. That any change or modification of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the sale or transfer of the
land to another shall not in a way affect the right of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to the peaceful possession
and cultivation of the landholding;

12. That this contract entitles the heirs of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to maintain and continue the leasehold
relationship even in cases of death or permanent incapacity;

consent, destroy crops and trees in the farmholding.
10. That this Contract shall be deemed in total compliance with the policies and governing principles embodied
in existing laws and any future disagreement or violations committed by either party shall be settled amicably through
the mediation procedures laid down in the guidelines.

11. That any change or modification of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the sale or transfer of the
land to another shall not in a way affect the right of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to the peaceful possession and
cultivation of the landholding;

12. That this contract entitles the heirs of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to maintain and continue the leasehold
relationship even in cases of death or permanent incapacity;

13. That this contract is provisional for three (3) years; agricultural lessee shall notify the agricultural
lessor/representative three (3) days before the date of harvesting in order to witness and record the gross harvest
every cropping season.

which forms an integral part of this Agreement;

19. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE or his/her duly authorized representative shall pay the leasehold rental at
the lessor’s residence or representative. (specified place as agreed upon), MARCH 15 OF EACH YEAR (duration).

20. That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental
due of a particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or more as a
result of fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground for the dispossession
of the agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that particular year is not extinguished;

21. That this Contract recognizes the leasehold rental fixed as full consideration for the use of the land,
and any instance of crop diversification and/or planting of secondary crops requires a consequent modification of the
leasehold agreement to make in fair and mutually beneficial to both parties;

shall not be more than the equivalent of 25% of the average normal harvest based on the computations made during
the mediation/meeting conference as indicated in the attached Lease Rental Worksheet (LAD-LHO from No. 8),
which forms an integral part of this Agreement;

17. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE or his/her duly authorized representative shall pay the leasehold rental
TO BE PICKED UP AT THE TENANT’S RES.(specified place as agreed upon), every threshing time (duration).

18. That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental
due of a particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or more as a
result of fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground for the dispossession
of the agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that particular year is not extinguished;

19. That this Contract recognizes the leasehold rental fixed as full consideration for the use of the land,
and any instance of crop diversification and/or planting of secondary crops requires a consequent modification of the
leasehold agreement to make in fair and mutually beneficial to both parties;

20. That this contract requires both parties to explicitly refrain from doing or committing prohibited acts, such as;
a. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not employ a sub-lessee on his/her landholding: PROVIDED
that in case of illness or temporary incapacity, he/she may employ laborers whose services on his/her
landholding shall be paid on his/her account.
b. That it shall be unlawful for AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to mortgage/sell his/her leasehold rights over the
landholding;
c. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not undue erosion of the soil or impair its fertility;

d. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSOR shall not, without the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE’s written consent,
destroy crops and trees in the farmholding.

21. That this Contract shall be deemed in total compliance with the policies and governing principles embodied
in existing laws and any future disagreement or violations committed by either party shall be settled amicably through
the mediation procedures laid down in the guidelines.

22. That any change or modification of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the sale or transfer of the
land to another shall not in a way affect the right of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to the peaceful possession and
cultivation of the landholding;

23. That this contract entitles the heirs of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to maintain and continue the leasehold
relationship even in cases of death or permanent incapacity; and

24. That this contract shall be registered with the Office of the Municipal Treasurer pursuant to DAR-DOJ
Memorandum Circular No. 1 Series of 1995 and annotated at the back of the Certificate of Title on file in the Register
of Deeds Office.

25. That this contract is provisional only subject to observation of the produced harvested for the succeeding
THREE years. In which case, the lessee is obliged to notify the lessor three (3) days before the date of harvesting.

7. That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental due
of a particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or
more as a result of fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground
for the dispossession of the agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that
particular year is not extinguished;

4.That this Contract upon approval by DAR, decrees the leasehold for said landholding in the amount of
THIRTY THOUSAND (PHP30,000.00) PESOS, annually indicate applicable unit of measure) of PALAY (kind of
crop) DRY (variety) or in combination of cash and kind of schemes whichever is preferable to both parties; (if
principal crop does not jibe with auxiliary crop, a separate lease rental shall be provided, as the case may be).
5.Thatthis Contract mandates that the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall pay the required lease rental which
shall not be more than the equivalent of 25% of the average normal harvest based on the computations made during
the mediation/meeting conference as indicated in the attached Lease Rental Worksheet (LAD-LHO from No. 8),
which forms an integral part of this Agreement;

6.That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE or his/her duly authorized representative shall pay the leasehold rental
AT THE LESSOR’S RES.(specified place as agreed upon), every threshing time (duration).

7.That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental due of
a particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or more as a result of
fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground for the dispossession of the
agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that particular year is not extinguished;

8.That this Contract recognizes the leasehold rental fixed as full consideration for the use of the land, and any
instance of crop diversification and/or planting of secondary crops requires a consequent modification of the
leasehold agreement to make in fair and mutually beneficial to both parties;

9.That this contract requires both parties to explicitly refrain from doing or committing prohibited acts, such
as;
a. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not employ a sub-lessee on his/her landholding:
PROVIDED that in case of illness or temporary incapacity, he/she may employ laborers whose
services on his/her landholding shall be paid on his/her account.
b. That it shall be unlawful for AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to mortgage/sell his/her leasehold rights
over the landholding;
c. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not undue erosion of the soil or impair its fertility;
d. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSOR shall not, without the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE’s written
consent, destroy crops and trees in the farmholding.

10. That this Contract shall be deemed in total compliance with the policies and governing principles embodied
in existing laws and any future disagreement or violations committed by either party shall be settled amicably through
the mediation procedures laid down in the guidelines.

11.That any change or modification of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the sale or transfer of the
land to another shall not in a way affect the right of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to the peaceful possession and
cultivation of the landholding;

12.That this contract entitles the heirs of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to maintain and continue the
leasehold relationship even in cases of death or permanent incapacity; and

AGRICULTURAL LEASEHOLD CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agricultural Leasehold Contract, made and entered into by between:

The AGRICUTURAL LESSOR, CONSTANTE A. SEVIDAL, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Alvear St., Poblacion,
San Fabian, Pangasinan.
And

The AGRICUTURAL LESSEE, SPS. CONRADO G. DISU & MARITES DE LEON DISU, both of legal age, Filipinos and
residents of Brgy. Lipit-Tomeeng, San Fabian, Pangasinan.

WITNESSETH:

27. 1.That this Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Nos.6657, 3844 and other
related laws, rules and regulations issued by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and shall strictly
conform to the conditional requirement embodied in Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2003.

28. That this Contract shall bind both parties to fundamentally carry out the requirements necessitated by
agricultural leasehold relationship and other terms and conditions stipulated to maintain agricultural
production over a farm lot located in Barrio MABILAO, municipality of SAN FABIAN, Province of Pangasinan,
owned possessed by the AGRICUTURAL LESSOR and covered by Original Certification Title No.
________________, Tax Declaration No. _______, Plan No. __________________, which landholding
consisting of 0.9500 ha. and is bounded on the:

NORTH by land owned/cultivated by LIPA CREEK


SOUTH by land owned/cultivated by MARTIN QUIRIMIT/FRANCISCO DISPO
WEST by land owned/cultivated by JUAN ABALOS
EAST by land owned/cultivated by GUILLERMO DISU
29. That this Contract shall commence and continue every agricultural year thereafter taking into consideration
the existing agricultural leasehold relationship of the parties until the same has been terminated or modified
in accordance with law and applicable provisions of Adm. Order No. . 06, Series of 2003.

30. That this Contract upon approval by DAR, decrees the leasehold for said landholding in the amount of TEN
AND ONE-HALF (10.5) SACKS OF PALAY AT 46 KILOS PER SACK FOR THE MAIN CROP AND FOUR
AND ONE-HALF (4.5) SACKS OF PALAY AT 46 KILOS/SACK FOR THE SECOND CROPS, indicate
applicable unit of measure) of PALAY (kind of crop) DRY (variety) or in combination of cash and kind of
schemes whichever is preferable to both parties; (if principal crop does not jibe with auxiliary crop, a separate
lease rental shall be provided, as the case may be).

31. That this Contract mandates that the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall pay the required lease rental which
shall not be more than the equivalent of 25% of the average normal harvest based on the computations
made during the mediation/meeting conference as indicated in the attached Lease Rental Worksheet (LAD-
LHO from No. 8), which forms an integral part of this Agreement;

32. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE or his/her duly authorized representative shall pay the leasehold rental
TO BE PICKED UP AT THE TENANT’S RES.(specified place as agreed upon), every threshing time (duration).

33. That this Contract sanctions that obligation of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to pay the lease rental due of a
particular agricultural year in spite of crop failure to the extent of seventy-five percent (75%) or more as a
result of fortuitous event. However, such non-payment of the rental due shall not be a ground for the
dispossession of the agricultural lessee but the obligation to pay the said lease rental due of that particular
year is not extinguished;

34. That this Contract recognizes the leasehold rental fixed as full consideration for the use of the land, and any
instance of crop diversification and/or planting of secondary crops requires a consequent modification of the
leasehold agreement to make in fair and mutually beneficial to both parties;

35. That this contract requires both parties to explicitly refrain from doing or committing prohibited acts, such as;
e. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not employ a sub-lessee on his/her landholding:
PROVIDED that in case of illness or temporary incapacity, he/she may employ laborers whose
services on his/her landholding shall be paid on his/her account.
f. That it shall be unlawful for AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to mortgage/sell his/her leasehold rights over
the landholding;
g. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall not undue erosion of the soil or impair its fertility;

h. That the AGRICULTURAL LESSOR shall not, without the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE’s written
consent, destroy crops and trees in the farmholding.

36. That this Contract shall be deemed in total compliance with the policies and governing principles embodied
in existing laws and any future disagreement or violations committed by either party shall be settled amicably
through the mediation procedures laid down in the guidelines.

37. That any change or modification of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or the sale or transfer of the
land to another shall not in a way affect the right of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to the peaceful possession
and cultivation of the landholding;

38. That this contract entitles the heirs of the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE to maintain and continue the leasehold
relationship even in cases of death or permanent incapacity; and

39. That this contract shall be registered with the Office of the Municipal Treasurer pursuant to DAR-DOJ
Memorandum Circular No. 1 Series of 1995 and annotated at the back of the Certificate of Title on file in the
Register of Deeds Office.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto signed this Agreement this 30TH day of JULY, 2018, in the City

This Agricultural Leasehold Contract, made and entered into by between:

The AGRICUTURAL LESSOR, MAURO RAMIREZ, JR. single, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Amistad
Centro, Tayug, Pangasinan.
And

The AGRICUTURAL LESSEE, PRESCILLA B. SERIOS, widow, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Amistad,
Tayug, Pangasinan.

WITNESSETH:
1.That this Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Nos.6657, 3844 and other related
laws, rules and regulations issued by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and shall strictly conform to the
conditional requirement embodied in Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2003.
2. That this Contract shall bind both parties to fundamentally carry out the requirements necessitated by
agricultural leasehold relationship and other terms and conditions stipulated to maintain agricultural production over a
farm lot located in Barrio AMISTAD, municipality of TAYUG, Province of Pangasinan, owned possessed by the
AGRICUTURAL LESSOR and covered by Original Certification Title No._________________, Tax Declaration No.
41-0006-00451, Plan No. __________________, which landholding consisting of 0. 6100 ha. and is bounded on the:

3. That this Contract shall commence and continue every agricultural year thereafter taking into consideration
the existing agricultural leasehold relationship of the parties until the same has been terminated or modified in
accordance with law and applicable provisions of Adm. Order No. . 06, Series of 2003.

4.That this Contract upon approval by DAR, decrees the leasehold for said landholding in the amount of NINE
(9) SACKS OF PALAY AT 46 KILOS PER SACK FOR THE FIRST CROP AND NINE (9) SACKS OF PALAY AT 46
KILOS PER SACK FOR THE SECOND CROP. IN CASE THERE WILL BE THRID CROP, THE CROPS WILL BE
LIQUIDATED ON A 75%-25% SHARING AFTER DEDUCTING THE SEEDS USED AND 14% EXPENSES IN
FAVOR OF THE LESSEE, indicate applicable unit of measure) of PALAY (kind of crop) DRY (variety) or in
combination of cash and kind of schemes whichever is preferable to both parties; (if principal crop does not jibe with
auxiliary crop, a separate lease rental shall be provided, as the case may be).

5.That this Contract mandates that the AGRICULTURAL LESSEE shall pay the required lease rental which

THREE years. In which case, the lessee is obliged to notify the lessor three (3) days before the date of harvesting.
