SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SIEGRED ANNE PEDROSA, of legal age, single, Filipino, with residence and postal
address at Sta. Cruz Palo, Leyte, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint RHEA PEDROSA,
of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence and postal at Naga- Naga Palo, Leyte, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts to wit;

1. To submit and process my application for refund amounting to Fifteen Thousand

One Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos (P15,155) in relation to the overpayment for my
Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) per MPL No. 2022000147.

2. To receive the proceeds of my refund and perform other necessary undertakings

for the release of such proceeds.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to
be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFORMING all that my attorney-in-fact shall

lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these present.
