resident of Brgy. Surgui, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute
R-JAY NIÑO V. FERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of Brgy. #9,
San Pedro, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines as my true and legal representative to act
for me and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts and deeds:

To TRANSACT and REPRESENT me in all legitimate transactions with the

Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and any government agency/private agencies in
connection with my business known as “NEXUSGAS GASOLINE STATION” located
at Brgy. #18, Tapao-Tigue, Currimao, Ilocos Norte, under such terms and conditions
which he may deem fit, proper, agreements and other pertinent papers related thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite to carry into
effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present and acting in person; and HEREBY RATIFYING
AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
