SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DALISAY A. BANDE, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of Ormoc City, Leyte, hereby name, constitute and appoint JOED DARIEL A.
BANDE and JOSE JOLIT M. BANDE , likewise of legal ages, Filipinos, and
both resident of Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the
following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

That I am the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle on which I

acquired by virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale entered into the
notarial register of Atty. Jose Renante R. Terre under Doc No.:303;
Page No.:61; Book No.: XV Series of 2019;

That I hereby name, constitute and appoint the above named

attorney-in-fact to process, secure and obtain any certification,
payments and transfer of the same motor vehicle at the office of
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Land Transportation Office
(LTO) and any government agencies cornered herein, regarding
form the transfer from its former owner in favor of my name; and
to Sign on my behalf whatever documents needed for me to sign
and do such other acts and things necessary to effect the herein
authority given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act or deed necessary
to be done or performed as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming
all and every act or deed done or performed by my said attorney-in-fact in
accordance with this authority.
