SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JENNIFER A. LAYCO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, with address at Block 59, Lot 20
Giotto Street Villaggio Ignatius Buenavista 1, General Trias City, Cavite, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
AND APPOINT, EMMANUEL L. LAYCO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, with same address to be
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to execute and perform all
or any of the following acts:

1. To pay, settle all the obligations related to the motor vehicle more particularly described as
follows:

2. To sign and execute any and all documents of sale, transfer or conveyance of said motor
vehicle.
3. To represent me before all government agencies in the transfer of ownership such as but not
limited to political subdivisions, Registry of Deeds, Land Transportation Office, Philippine
National Police Highway Patrol Group, among others including private entities such as the
financial institution and/or Security Bank;
4. To receive all documents such as Deed of Cancellation of Chattel Mortgage, Certificate of
Registration, Original Receipt, and other pertinent documents.
5. To execute and process the necessary documents required for the release or transfer of said
Certificate of Title and other documents, and sign any and all documents and papers, as well
as claim or receive for and on my behalf said documents from the said office, as well as to do
any and all acts in order to accomplish the afore-stated acts and deeds.
6. To do such any other act or thing that may be deemed necessary or incidental to carry out
effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute and
perform the foregoing power and acts with the power of substitution, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do it as if I am personally present.
