SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, VICENTE O.TANEO and LOLITA Q. TANEO both of legal age, Filipinos, and a
resident of Milagro, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
SARAH JANE ABARCA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Barangay
Tambulilid, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, and in my
name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

We are the registered owner of a certain parcel of land covered by TCT NO. T-
30371 situated at Barangay Milagro, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines containing an
area of Four Hundred Fifty Three (453) square meters more or less;

I hereby name, constitute and appoint SARAH JANE ABARCA to administer,

transact, process, and sign any Contract of Lease to any interested lessee of the
above-mentioned lot and any transaction regarding for the said Contract and to
collect, received the rental whether in cash or in check and to in cash the same and to
sign on my behalf whatever documents needed for me to sign and do such other acts
and things necessary to effect the herein authority given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act or deed necessary to be done or performed as fully
to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all and every act or deed done or performed by our said attorney-in-fact
in accordance with this authority.
