SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

TO ALL THESE PRESENTS:

I, RAFAEL BON CANAFE, single, resident of Panal, Tabaco City, of legal age and
Filipino citizen, do hereby name, constitute and appoint LORETO T. VOSOTROS, JR.,
married, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of San Lorenzo, Tabaco City, Albay to be
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following special powers, to wit:
- To represent, appear and transact in my behalf as sole heir of the land owned
and registered in the name of decedent LORENZO BON, known as Lot No. 6749-
p, under tax declaration No. 2017-10-0025-00014, situated at Barangay Soa,
Malinao, Albay, pertaining to the status of the land with the Bureau of Land and
the Department of Agrarian Reform, Region V;

- To act as my Administrator of said property I inherited from the above-named

decedent; to continue cultivating the land, supervise the proper implementation
of leasehold/tenancy agreement with farmers/tenants and receive rental and
share of farm harvests, and secure the land from informal settlers; and take the
necessary and legal action to protect my interest on said property;

- To represent and transact with Department of Agrarian Reform and Land Bank
of the Philippines in connection with the decedent claim for just compensation
on the above stated landholding which was covered by CARP, and hereby
authorized to receive or withdraw from LBP proceeds of said compensation, and
deposit the same in my designated depository bank, for in my behalf;

- To represent, act in my behalf in any forum on property disputes, with due

consultation from me to enter into amicable settlement, to submit alternative
modes of disputes resolution and to make admissions or stipulations of facts and
documents;

- And do all other acts to pursue the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney-
in-Fact has done, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
