SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, EDILBERTO BALUYOT, EUDOSIA SICAT and LUCILA

CANARE, all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of New South
Wales, Australia, hereby authorize, name, appoint and constitute
GREGORIO BALUYOT AND/OR RICARDO BALUYOT, both of
legal age, Filipinos and residents of Omboy, Abucay, Bataan, as
our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, with full and special power
and authority to do and perform the following acts:

1. To bring suit, prosecute and/or file all appropriate

actions against Clodualdo Baluyot and Estrellita Baluyot for the
partition of our real property in Abucay, Bataan covered by TCT
No. T-5596.

2. To execute and sign the proper complaint or petition,

including Verification and Certification of Non-Forum Shopping,
and all pleadings, before any court of law or government agency,
as well as to sign and interpose appeal, petition for certiorari or
appeal memorandum whenever necessary.

3. To appear for and represent us in the mediation, JDR

and pretrial of the said case, with authority to discuss and
explore the possibility of an amicable settlement, negotiate, enter
into, conclude, execute, sign and deliver a compromise agreement
as they may deem just and equitable, to submit to alternative
modes of disputes resolution and to enter into stipulation or
admissions of facts and of documents and to do all that is
required and may be required in the pre-trial.

HEREBY GIVING, AND GRANTING unto said attorneys-in-

fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act
and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises, and hereby ratify and confirm all the said
attorneys-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
this Special Power of Attorney.
