SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JOEL E. GAID, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of P-

9,Taglatawan, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint ATTY HOLLIS MONSANTO, of legal age, Filipin, and a resident of
Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact with full and
special power and authority to do and perform the following:

1. To appear in my behalf to any judicial court;

2. To negotiate, conclude, enter into and execute a compromise

agreement of amicable settlement or to submit the case to arbitration,
under such terms and conditions as said Attorney-in-fact may deem
just and reasonable;

3. To agree on the simplification of the issues;

4. To amend the pleadings;

5. To obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and of documents to avoid

unnecessary proof;

6. To limit the number of witnesses;

7. To undertake a preliminary reference of issues to a commissioner,

and;

8. To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the prompt

disposition of the action.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
acting in person, with full power of substitution or revocation; and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING that my said attorney or her substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
