SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, KIMBERLY ANN OLMO TANALEON, of legal age, Filipino, single and a
resident of San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras, hereby name, constitute and appoint, CHRISTINE
JOY TUBURAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Barangay Baguingin, Tigbauan,
Iloilo as my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for and in my behalf, to do the following acts or
things:

1. To process, sign, follow up documents and instruments for my loan application

with the Banco De Oro (BDO) in such sum/s under such terms and conditions
for the certain condominium unit that I purchased located at Mandurriao, Iloilo
City, and to submit necessary documents relative thereof;

2. To receive the corresponding proceeds of the said loan either in cash or in check
and to encash the said check;

3. To process, make, sign, pay, execute, or cause the execution of any or all documents
necessary for the development and future transactions of the above-stated purposes;
and

4. To do such other acts and things in order to carry into effect the powers vested in
this Special Power of Attorney.

Hereby GIVING and GRANTING to my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act whatsoever requisite, necessary and proper to be done in the exercise of
any of the rights and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
do if personally present, and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-
in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney and the rights and
powers herein granted.
