NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, MAUREEN JOY A. MANIAGO, and/or MARCO L. MANANSALA, both of legal age,
Filipinos and both residents of San Isidro, Minalin, Pampanga, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names,
place and stead, and for our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me before the Local Civil Registrar of Apalit and/or Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Office to get
a certified true copy of Death Certificate of my late parents, DANIEL TALAVERA SR. who died on January 05,
1996 and NARCISA TORRES- TALAVERA who died on April 20, 1982;

2. To make, sign, pay the fees required, for and in behalf of me in order to acquire in connection with the above;

3. To get or receive the document related the above-mentioned transaction;

4. To generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the
above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority whatsoever requisite and
necessary proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present and shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
