legal age, Filipino with office address at Gen. Maxilom Avenue, Cebu
City, Philippines, to be my attorney-in-fact, to do and perform the

a) To get my Certificate for HEO Rigging NC I at TESDA Cebu

Provincial Office;
b.) To sign, make and submit necessary documents on my
behalf;
c.) To perform other functions necessary to the
abovementioned.

full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite
or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing as fully to all intents and

lawfully undertake by virtue of this Special Power of Attorney.
