NIEVES BARTOLINI SAVAGE, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a
resident of # 4288 Lotus Road, Sun Valley Subdivision, Parañaque City, Philippines,
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, and in my name, place and stead to do
and perform the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

To apply for additional or segregation of water connection with the office

of MAYNILAD of our ancestral residential house located at # 4288 Lotus
Road, Sun Valley Subdivision, Parañaque City, Philippines;

To make, execute and sign pertinent papers relative to the above-

undertakings and to acknowledge receipt thereof;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act or deed necessary to be done or
performed as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all and every act or deed
done or performed by my said attorney-in-fact in accordance with this authority.
