AFFIDAVIT

I, PABLO GARCIA III, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Brgy. Capitol, Cebu City, Leyte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the President & CEO of GGC LAND INC. a corporation duly
organized and existing under the Philippine laws;

2. That the GGC LAND INC. is the registered owner of a certain parcel of
land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 121-2018000674 situated at
Barrio of Catayum, Municipality of Ormoc, Island of Leyte containing an
area of Thirty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-Seven (32,827)
square meters more or less;

3. That the GGC LAND INC. was cultivating the abovementioned lot but only
a portion containing an area of Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty
One (24,641) more or less, a copy of Technical Description is hereto
attached and made an integral part hereof;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing facts
and whatever legal purpose it may serves best
